How we got interested…

Julie heard about it from a colleague in 2021 which started the research on what it is and why people do it.

We love to travel…

We love traveling and exploring new places including trips to Haiti together for mission trips.

Love of boating & water..

We both have a mutual attraction to water and being on a boat. In fact, we got engaged on a boat!

Love a good challenge……

For example, we took up ballroom dancing and did a couple competitions together. Talk about “challenges”!

We like manual labor…

Which is very much required when you are the captain, crew, maintenance team and cleaning crew!
